1. Purpose of This Site

eight0eightohana.com (the "Site") is operated by Eight0Eight Ohana to facilitate a one-night community fundraiser benefit titled "TAP OUT CANCER" in support of Todd and Joey. By purchasing a fundraiser food ticket, submitting a donation, or accessing this Site, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Personal Fundraiser & Tax Deductibility

This is a personal, grassroots benefit fundraiser created solely for the personal support and medical/living relief of Todd and Joey. Contributions and ticket purchases are NOT tax-deductible charitable donations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

3. Ticket Purchases, Pick-Up & Codes

• Each $25 Fundraiser Food Ticket entitles the bearer to one (1) Hawaiian Mixed Plate at Da Hale Bar and Grill in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, October 24, 2026 starting at 5:00 PM Pacific.
• Upon purchase, buyers receive a unique verification code (e.g. TOC-XXXXXX) and confirmation. You must present your confirmation email or code at food pick-up.
• Food pick-up is provided on a first-come, scheduled basis on event night. Quantities are prepared according to ticket sales.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because all net proceeds are directly pledged to assist Todd and Joey with urgent expenses, all ticket sales and donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in the unexpected event the benefit is canceled without rescheduling. If you cannot attend, your purchase stands as a direct donation to Todd & Joey.

5. Payment Processing

All online credit and debit card transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors (including Stripe). Eight0Eight Ohana does not store your full payment card credentials on its servers.

6. Table Reservations & Inquiries

Table reservations are handled separately through direct communication at corevip808702@gmail.com. Venue entry, seating availability, and restaurant conduct remain subject to the venue policies of Da Hale Bar and Grill.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eight0Eight Ohana, its organizers, volunteers, and host venue partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this Site or participation in the event.
